Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using Cretoscope on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Cretoscope to spam creators, scrape data for resale, violate platform terms of service of any social media network, or engage in deceptive outreach. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credits and billing

Credits are purchased and deducted as described in the product. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire. Failed AI runs (due to errors or insufficient balance) are not charged. All payments are processed by DodoPayments.

4. Workspace data

You own all data you create in your workspace. Cretoscope does not claim ownership of creator profiles, briefs, outreach content, or campaign data you generate. In BYODB mode, your data never leaves your own database infrastructure.

5. AI-generated content

Briefs, outreach messages, and reports are generated by AI and should be reviewed before use. Cretoscope makes no guarantees about the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing before sending.

6. Uptime and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, AI service outages, or third-party API failures (SocialCrawl, Meta, Anthropic).

7. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice. On termination, workspace data is permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

Cretoscope's liability is limited to the amount you paid in credits in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
